Information for Patients
To make an appointment, please call us on (03) 9132 5073 or book using our easy to navigate patient booking system
For all appointments please bring:
- your medicare card
- your referral letter
- medications or a medication list for holter monitor appointment.
- Please arrive 10-15mins early for your appointment. You may be required to complete some forms at the venue.
Appointment Reminders
We will get in contact with you at least one day before your appointment to remind you of your appointment and to provide you with any necessary information with regard to the test.
Cancelling an appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment please contact us at least one day in advance. We will arrange an alternative time.
Results
Your test results will be sent to your doctor as soon as possible so as to get prompt medical attention. Reports are sent electronically within 24-48 hours.
Patient Fees
Most of our services are bulk billed. Privately billed patients are required to pay the fees on the day of the test by either a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash.
